I moved today.
From Irvine.
To a part of Irvine where the houses are a s lightly lighter shade.

My dad doesn't like hiring professionals (He thinks they just damage everything), so, guess who was there to help move the refrigerator? Since about 12 o'clock, with the exception of a couple breaks (And me taking a sit down to read some Kill Me Comics!), all I can say is, I fucking hate fridges. New Rule: You can't move a fridge, they stay with the house. If it breaks? Well fuck you, you starve to death.

I went to San Chou in the morning, only other person there for it was Spock, and King just had us time our own rounds because she was busy with the workout class. It was interesting. Then Danny showed up and I kicked him in the crotch on accident. Weeeee.

I'm going to have to help finish moving after I nap (After this update). I am so sore. Fuck.

Spent the night at the Mondo's yesterday.

After Kung Fu, I was going to get a ride from my parents home, but they got in stuck in traffic on their way home from L.A. They could've picked me up at one, but, that'd be a bit of a hindrance. I probably smell bad right now. I know my shirt smells like Mildew from the rain.

Stayed up 'till one playing Warcraft III. Sleepy Sleepy. When I get to conservatory, I'll sleep sleep for so long.

The Buena Vista Social Club is a cuban band, consisting of musicians whom we'd consider "Past their prime." (At the time of production the oldest member was 91).

It's a blend of old world Cuban rhythm, instrumentals, and just such a vastly unique style of song, yet it still has a core similar to modern Rock music (More similarities to old pop rock though)

It's good, listen to it.

Hoo Boy, today was a good day.

Woke up, took a shower, got dressed, listened to some music, then headed out to take the CHSPE

After eating breakfast at a Burger King, I got their with my backpac and rollerblade in hand.

Left that easy test 2 hours early, started roller blading to the studio. Now, I wasn't really sure how much of a distance I'd be going, I gussed it'd take half an hour, forty minutes tops. Turns out, it took an hour, and I had to climb a hill in my shoes since they decided to only put a sidewalk on half of it.

12:00
Got to the studio, the class I was planning to catch the very end of is cancelled.

12:20 Decide to go to In-N-Out

12:22 Order

12:44 Get food.

12:45 Oh man that tastes good.

1:30 After eating, headed to Rose's soccer game.

2:00 Discovered that Bolsa Chica Ave leads to an impassable freeway overpass. I was left with two choices, dive headfirst into traffic, or go back to the studio and go over that god damn hill again.

2:20 I hate that hill.

2:30 Reach a school, can't decide if that's the place, read a bit.

3:00 Look across street and see the right place, met with Rose's mom and Howard, watched the game.

4:30 Good game, total domination by Rose's team, went to Howard's

6:00 Went to the studio, helped out with the little kids.

6:10 OH GOD THEY'RE EVERYWHERE. I watched/made sure they didn't kill eachother. It was pretty hectic, but we kept things in control. Watched a game of baseball, only definable as, "Adorable," or ," awwww" depending on word choice. And "Ninja Starwars," Which actually turned into a small cold war.

CHSPE Tomorrow, I'm not actually going to leave school until spring break starts sadly (The 8th of April, this would mean... 3 more weeks, I might be able to get out earlier though). I'm not nervous about the test, I looked at the sample questions.... I could've passed this when I was in 6th grade, possibly earlier.

Got an influx of books, should be busy for a while.

Hmmm, been kind've somber lately, don't really know why (Could be standard, "I'm a teenager, waaah,"). I'm sure I'm leaving high school at this point, I registered for the CHSPE already (Stupid GED with wacky requirements), and I'm either leaving relatively soon or finishing up this year (I prefer the former, fuck school).

School has just been... useless lately, I mean I enjoy hanging out with my friends, but I could do that without forcing myself to zone out for hours at a time. I'd be missing senior year, but would be able to ignore the hassle of college acceptance, and would get a chance to take a year off (Either after college or after getting my Associates Degree). Good times are to be had.

It'd be different, but for the better really.

But yes, a couple days ago I was just... sad, not really something that happens often to me. I could postulate reasons, but really, it's just good old adolescence.

Is it just me, or lately have things in general seemed to matter less? School... It's been there, the homework comes, but everyone has just acted pretty mundanely towards it. Seniors have their college problems, distracted from everything else unless they're set in their plans (Busy busy busy).

Well, I've picked up a few books. Three of them, all of them by Phillip K. Dick. He's a sci-fi writer that was pretty much crazy (He was a good friend of Tim Powers, a teacher at OCHSA, he's got some crazy stories about Phillip K. Dick, including how he stayed in a Smack Clinic in Canada because, "He enjoyed the company"). Currently reading The Man In The High Castle by him, it's a look at a future where FDR was assasinated, and the Allies lost WWII (Japan and Germany have divided the entire world, Africa is a wasteland, it's pretty good though). I also got Valis, and The Divine Messenger (Or something like that, it had Divine in the title)
I've really slowed down on The Brothers Karamazov though, not that I wasn't going slowly already, but I just haven't had the time.
